Dale Matthews

Dale Matthews is currently the Technical Support & Testing Supervisor at Spatial Data Logic. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at Lifetime Brands from July 2014 to September 2015. Before that, they were with Sage as a Technical Support Developer from January 2007 to December 2014. In this role, Dale provided clients with first and second line support, captured and tracked critical client issues, and resolved them accordingly. Throughout their career, Dale has demonstrated their dedication to providing excellent customer service and support. Dale is knowledgeable in multiple software applications and has a keen eye for detail. Their experience and skills make him an asset to any team.

Dale Matthews completed A-Levels in Information and Communication Technology at Burford School 6th Form. Prior to that, they studied GCSE Information and Communication Technology at Carterton Comprehensive.

Dale Matthews reports to Brian Flood, President. They are on a team with Emily Burns - Director, Marketing, Tom Hurley - Director, Sales, and Brandon Griswold - Technical Support & Onboarding Manager.
