Aundrea Newbern, MBA, has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and currently owns and manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties through various companies, including Newbern Property Group, LLC, and Spaulding Decon. As the Founder of Golden Isles Retreats and President of Newbern Investments, LLC, Aundrea works with out-of-state investors to facilitate the purchase of investment properties in St. Aundrea holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.
