Allison Newman

Allison Newman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Allison worked as a Clinical Operations Associate at Spaulding Medical since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Lead Manager at Canteen, NA from December 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Sales Associate at T3 Products LLC from September 2017 to December 2018. Allison also has experience as a Chef at Lagniappe Brasserie from May 2014 to September 2017 and as a Server at Balistreri's on bluemound from December 2012 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Cook and Dietary Aide at The Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin from May 2009 to April 2011. Allison also worked at The Bartolotta Restaurants as a Poissonnier, Cuisinier, and Garde Manger from April 2010 to September 2010. Allison has extensive experience in the food service industry, having worked in various roles at Demarinis Pizzeria from December 1999 to June 2009, including as Kitchen Staff, Barback, Bartender, Buser, and Hostess. Lastly, they worked as a Prepress Specialist at Color Ink from May 2007 to May 2009.

Allison Newman completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from Waukesha County Technical College between 2011 and 2014. In addition to this degree, they also hold additional certifications such as CPR & AED obtained from the American Red Cross in November 2021, and a ServSafe Manager certification obtained from ServSafe Certified in September 2019.
