Aaron Overfors

Aaron Overfors is the Principal Architect in Spaulding Ridge’s Anaplan Practice, where he is responsible for crafting and implementing best practices and ensuring a quality solution is delivered to clients. He also contributes to the overall leadership in Sales Performance Management through thought leadership and project leadership.

Aaron’s favorite part of every client and Spaulding Ridge collaboration is the moment when everything clicks. There’s a lot to learn in a short period of time, new concepts, new ways of thinking, and new operations, all introduced in quick succession. Every engagement is unique, but there’s always that one moment where the value of the collaboration shines, though, the moment of understanding and how the client benefits.

Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Aaron worked at Anaplan in Customer Success as a Consultant and Business Partner focusing on SPM, as well as a couple of roles in the product support organization. Before Anaplan, he worked in business development for an ERP software company, which was his first business position after graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
