Jay Laabs

Jay Laabs is the CEO of Spaulding Ridge, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were a board member at Mavens from March 2017 to February 2018, at ACLIVITI from February 2017 to October 2017, and at One North Interactive from February 2017 to December 2018. Jay was also the president of Enterprise Solutions Practice at Lev from January 2017 to March 2018.

Under Laabs' leadership, the Enterprise Solutions Practice at Lev grew from $20M to $100M in revenue and from 100 FTEs to 500 FTEs in three years. Jay also led the development of the company's international strategy, which included expansions into India, Canada, and the Middle East. In addition, Laabs initiated new solution development for Oracle Cloud ERP and Salesforce.com offerings.

Laabs is a recognized expert in migrating on-premise software applications to the cloud, and is a frequent speaker on the topic. Jay has also been honored as a Top 25 Consultant for 2016 by Consulting Magazine.
