The current leadership team at Spaulding Ridge has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many members of the team have worked in consulting, with a focus on enterprise performance management and analytics. The team also has experience in private equity, marketing, logistics, and accounting. The team is well-educated, with degrees from institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the Naveen Jindal School of Management.
