At Spavia, Aleksandra successfully launched a new operating location, overseeing back-office and customer-facing operations for a growing team of 10 employees and servicing over 1,000 customers, achieving a high customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5. With experience in managing accounts payable and event coordination in a family business, along with a previous role as a Health Coach at Beachbody where marketing plans were developed to reach new clients, Aleksandra has demonstrated expertise in client relations and goal-oriented strategies. Additional roles at UNC REX Healthcare, ANN INC, and The TJX Companies, Inc. provided further experience in medical administration, sales operations, and retail management, complemented by an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Clark State College.
