Courtney Allison

Courtney Allison, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Courtney has recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Spavia since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Hydrate IV Bar from June 2022 to March 2023.

Courtney also has extensive experience in franchise operations, having held the positions of Vice President of Operations and Director of Training and Franchise Support at Sola Salons. During their time at Sola Salons, they were responsible for strategy and execution in a rapid-growth brand with over 600 franchise locations in the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. Courtney oversaw franchisee training and support as the Director of Training and Support.

Before joining Sola Salons, Courtney worked at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands as the Manager of Training and Operations, where they supported franchise operations and led the corporate store operations teams. Courtney also held the role of Training Specialist at American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC, and worked as a Teacher/Tutor at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions.

Courtney started their career as a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company and also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Courtney began their professional journey as an Editorial Intern for Colorado Construction at McGraw-Hill Construction.

Courtney Allison, CFE has a strong educational background in English literature and creative writing. In 2001, they started their undergraduate studies at Colorado College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Literature, and Journalism. Courtney successfully completed their undergraduate education in 2005.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Courtney Allison continued their academic journey at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they pursued a Master's degree in English Literature. Courtney started their Master's program in 2005 and successfully completed it in 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Courtney Allison has obtained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from the International Franchise Association's (ICFE) in November 2020. This certification adds to their qualifications and expertise in the franchise industry.
