Mayur Sethi

Mayur Sethi has over 15 years of experience in the construction and architectural fields, currently serving as a Project Executive at SpawGlass since July 2008. Mayur has held various roles, including Senior Project Manager and VDC Engineer, with expertise in BIM implementation, project closeout, and digital technologies. Key accomplishments include MEP and fire trade BIM coordination, model-based estimation, and the development of 4D BIM virtual tours for presentations. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Architect at Design Plus in New Delhi, where Mayur conceptualized architectural designs and managed construction documentation, and as an Intern Architect at Pradeep Sharma and Associates. Mayur holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Guru Nanak Dev University.
