Bimi Selimaj

Bimi Selimaj has extensive work experience in the field of construction and project management. In 2016, they started working at Matrix Electrical Contracting as an Electrical Project Manager, a role in which they served until January 2018. Following that, in 2018, Bimi joined otek builders as a Project Manager for a brief period until May 2018. In the same year, they joined WeWork, where they held multiple roles including Construction Project Manager from May 2018 to July 2020, and later as a Senior Construction Manager until July 2020. Most recently, Bimi Selimaj assumed the position of Director of Field Operations at Spaxel starting from July 2020.

Bimi Selimaj holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems - Data Communication from Touro College Graduate School of Technology, which was obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, Bimi earned a Bachelor of Business in Economic degree with a focus on Management and Informatics from ILIRIA College. This degree was obtained in 2016. Bimi also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Globe Institute of Technology, completed between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Bimi holds an A.A degree in Occupational Studies with a specialization in Computer Programming and Systems Design from Globe Institute of Technology, obtained between 2008 and 2010. Bimi has also obtained several certification courses from various institutions, such as Tableau, Procore Technologies, and Coursera Course Certificates, with a focus on topics like data visualization, programming, and construction project management.
