Aleksandra Lech

Aleksandra Lech currently serves as Sales Director at SPB Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held the position of Head of Affinity Programs at Compensa Polska from May 2022 to November 2023. From November 2007 to April 2022, Aleksandra worked at ERGO Hestia, where responsibilities included Business Development Manager and Affinity Product Manager in the Affiliate Programs Insurance Department, as well as Product Manager and Sales Manager in the Retail Insurance Department. Aleksandra's career began at Inditex, where the role of Store Manager was held from January 2003 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, postgraduate studies in Sales Management at Gdańsk University of Technology, and postgraduate studies in Gender Studies at Jagiellonian University.
