Cam Campbell has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Cam started their career at Red Lobster Restaurants in 1995 as a Director of Operations and remained in this role until 2006. In 2006, they joined New Business as a Director of Operations and stayed there until 2010. Cam then joined Red Lobster as a Regional Vice President in 1977 and held this position until 2015. Cam also served as a Managing Director from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they transitioned to Logan's Roadhouse as a Senior Vice President Operations and Divisional Vice President. In the same year, they also became the Senior Vice President of Operations for SPB Hospitality and continued in this role till the present. Throughout their career, Cam Campbell has held various leadership positions, showcasing their expertise in operations and management.

Cam Campbell attended Mercer University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
