Larry McClure has over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Larry started their career as the VP Purchasing at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc. in 1999. In the same year, they also took on the role of Executive Corporate Chef at Rock Bottom & Gordon Biersch Restaurants, where they stayed until 2009.
Larry McClure attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1970 to 1972, where they pursued a degree in Culinary.
