Luis Haro

Luis Haro is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience at Logan's Roadhouse, having served in various roles including Sr. Manager of Culinary Operations, Director of Culinary Operations, and Culinary Development Manager since October 2012. In these positions, Luis has focused on new menu innovation and the creation of appealing food offerings. Additionally, Luis has contributed to menu rollouts and training support as Asst. Culinary Development Manager. Currently, Luis holds the title of Sr. Director of Culinary at SPB Hospitality since May 2023. Education was completed at John Overton High School.
