Michael Herde

Michael Herde has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager at SPB Hospitality since March 2021. Prior roles include Kitchen Manager at TGI Fridays from February 2018 to July 2021, Operations Manager at Harbor Lights from June 2017 to January 2018, and Service Manager at Bar Louie from September 2013 to June 2017, where duties included managing the front of house at the largest and busiest store in the company. Michael began their career as a Lead Line Cook and holds a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, earned in 2013.
