Susan Goodson has over 15 years of experience in risk management and claims management roles. Susan is currently the Vice President of Risk Management at SPB Hospitality since June 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at CraftWorks Holdings from March 2019 to June 2020. Susan also served as the Director of Risk Management at Logan's Roadhouse from September 2017 to June 2020 and as the Claims Manager from December 2015 to September 2017. Before joining Logan's Roadhouse, they worked as an Account Manager at Aon from October 2014 to December 2015. Susan began their career as an Assistant Risk Manager at Logan's Roadhouse from June 2004 to May 2012 and as a Claims Manager at Kirkland's Home from April 2012 to September 2014.
Susan Goodson earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University in 2001. Susan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lipscomb University from 2006 to 2008.
