Tom Petska

Tom Petska has extensive experience in franchise sales and development. Tom has held various roles in several companies, including SPB Hospitality, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Franchise Sales. Previously, they were the CEO/Managing Member of Full Circle Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment company. Tom also founded and managed Perfect Storm Holdings, LLC, a logistics and property management company. Tom has worked for Ideal Image as the Vice President of Network Sales and later as the VP of Franchise Sales. Tom was the Director of Franchise Sales for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. and served as an Area Developer for Hurricane Grill & Wings. Tom has also worked in franchise sales roles for Another Broken Egg Cafe and First Watch Restaurants.

Tom Petska attended Episcopal High School of Jacksonville from 1980 to 1984, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they studied Management Information Systems, General at Valdosta State University from 1984 to 1987. Tom then pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Florida State College at Jacksonville from 1986 to 1988. From 1989 to 1991, they studied Hospitality Administration/Management at The University of Georgia. Finally, from 1992 to 1995, Tom attended Southern Polytechnic State University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained Serv-Safe Manager certification from ServSafe Certified in 2013, and is also certified as a Saucier Chef / Sous Chef from North Florida Community College.
