Jeff D. has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Jeff started their career as an Executive Vice President at Bank of North America, where they led the acquisition of five financial institutions and played a crucial role in establishing various departments. Jeff then moved on to JP Morgan & Co., where they held positions as a V.P. Client Advisor and Senior Credit Officer, serving as an advisor to high net worth clients and managing portfolios and credit risk. In 1997, they founded The CFS Group, a corporate finance advisory firm that facilitated various financial transactions for lower to mid-market companies. Jeff also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Connilly Enterprises, Inc. In 2011, they joined SPBS, Inc., where they started as the CFO/COO and eventually became the President & Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they provided financial insight and analysis, led key initiatives, and ensured that business decisions were based on sound financial criteria.

Jeff D. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University between 1981 and 1986. Jeff went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Nova Southeastern University from 1987 to 1989. In 2017, Jeff completed a Certificate in the ESOP CEO Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
