Cindy Reed

Cindy Reed is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, customer service, and volunteer management. Currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator at the SPCA of Texas since March 2018, Cindy trains new volunteers and engages with both volunteers and staff daily. Previous roles include Interpretive Specialist at the Dallas Zoo, where Cindy delivered educational presentations and ensured guest safety on the Monorail, and various teaching positions at institutions like Rossman School and Rohan Woods School, where Cindy facilitated student learning in multiple subjects. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Public Relations certificate from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, complemented by extensive experience in zoo education and guest relations at several zoos.
