Sierra Baker

Sierra Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and animal care. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Original ChopShop since March 2018, Sierra has also worked as an Animal Care Technician at the SPCA of Texas since April 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works from October 2014 to November 2016 and Associate Trainer at Panera Bread from November 2011 to October 2012. Sierra graduated from L.D Bell High School in 2012 with a diploma.
