Infant And Early Childhood Therapist at Society for the Protection & Care of Children

Sondra Freda, LMHC, currently serves as an Infant and Early Childhood Therapist at SPCC Society for the Protection & Care of Children since May 2020. Prior to this role, Sondra worked at Rochester Regional Health for nearly three years in various capacities including Senior Primary Therapist and Primary Therapist, focusing on individual psychotherapy for mothers in the Healthy Moms program. Sondra’s earlier experience includes serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Catholic Family Center, and as a Relief Counselor and AmeriCorps Transitional Living Program Worker at The Center for Youth Services, Inc. Additionally, Sondra held internships at Catholic Family Center and Rochester Rehabilitation Center, and worked as an Art Teacher in a summer treatment program. Sondra earned a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
