Michael Huckaby

Michael Huckaby has extensive work experience in the education industry. Michael founded and partnered with MH Consulting, an education-based financial firm, in December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Speak Agent, where they held various roles including Chief Education Consultant, Vice President of Partnerships, and Educational Consultant. At Prince George's Community College, they served as an Adjunct Language Acquisition ELL Professor, providing ESL instruction and performing administrative and program support activities. Michael also worked at Cambridge University Press as an ELL/ELT International Business Development Manager and at National Geographic School Publishing as a Business Development Manager ELL/ELT. Previously, they held the position of Eastern Regional ELL/ELT/ESL Manager at McGraw-Hill Higher Education. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and education consulting.

Michael Huckaby has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in TESOL from The George Washington University, where they specialized in Secondary Education Teaching TESOL and Language/ELL Instruction. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from Tennessee State University. In addition to their education, Michael has completed a Management Training Program from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
