Boris Kusmirak

Boris Kusmirak has had a varied career, beginning with their work as an Athlete at DSB Bank in 2006. Boris then moved on to become a Speedskater at APPM Management Consultants in 2008. In 2011, they became Manager at iSkate, where they oversaw several professional skating teams. In 2015, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at ORTEC, followed by Commercial Manager at Gympass in 2016. In 2020, they became Senior Recruitment Specialist - Senior Partner at RedFoxBlue and Head of Growth at Influentials. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Director of Customer Acquisition at Speakap, an internal social network for companies with thousands of frontline employees.

Boris Kusmirak obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nyenrode Business University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Commerciëble sporteconomie from Johan Cruyff University from 2004 to 2012. Boris also attended Montessori lyceum Amsterdam from 1999 to 2004, studying Economy en Maatschappij.
