Donika Krasniqi

Senior Customer Success Manager at Speakap

Donika Krasniqi has accumulated a wealth of work experience since 2009. Donika began their career as a Financial Consultant for Commerzbank AG. Donika then moved on to become an Examination Supervisor for IHK Gießen-Friedberg in 2013, followed by a role as Project Manager for TDM GmbH. That same year, they also began studying at the Bachelor-Student level at the International Education College. In 2016, they became a Supply-Chain-Koordinator for Bosch UK, and in 2017 they completed their Master Thesis Project at Mindvalley. In 2019, they took on two roles: User Insights Consultant at SurveyMonkey and Communication Officer at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Most recently, in 2021, they accepted the position of Customer Success Manager at Speakap.

Donika Krasniqi obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen between 2014 and 2018. Donika then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Managing People, Knowledge and Change from Lund University School of Economics and Management between 2018 and 2019.
