Jen Kitching

Jen Kitching has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Jen started their career in 2009 as the Director of Horticultural Acumen, where they managed a commercial nursery and provided training and work opportunities to disadvantaged individuals. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as an Area Manager at CfBT, overseeing a team of careers advisers. Jen then served as the Senior Partnership Manager at The Wise Group from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they worked as a Regional Manager at Career Ready from 2019 to 2020.
