Hetal Jani

Hetal Jani is the Founder and Executive Director of SPEAKHIRE, a company that empowers immigrant youth to become future workforce leaders. Hetal is also the Founder and President of Studor, where they bridge families and schools to close the opportunity gap. Hetal has held various roles such as a Technical Assistance Provider at MENTOR New York, Workshop Leader at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, and Alumni Mentor at Communitas America. Hetal has also participated in programs like the CORO Leadership New York, Lead The Way Fellowship, CUP Fellows Program, StartingBloc Fellowship, and YSEALI Summit. Hetal holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and an MBA in Digital Marketing from IE Business School.
