Jason T. Ford

Jason T. Ford, MS, CAP-X®, currently serves as the Mission Engineer for AI/ML Integration at Spear AI, leading advanced AI/ML technology integration within Department of Defense operations. As Chief Operations Officer at Intracranial Exothermia (ICE) LLC, Jason focuses on developing innovative technologies aimed at preventing brain death from trauma-related hypoxia. Previously, as Senior Manager II at JDSAT, Inc., Jason directed the Virtual Fusion Center initiative, delivering analytic prototypes for defense clients and restructuring processes for the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. Jason has extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps, where roles included Deputy Director for Expeditionary Operations Training Group and Operations Officer on a three-star general's staff. Additional experience includes a Corporate Fellow position at Cox Enterprises, analyzing sales cost estimates for fiber optic projects. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, an Intermediate Level School certificate from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
