Ashley Pacha

Ashley Pacha is an experienced professional in the dental industry, currently serving as a Study Club Advisor at Spear Education since September 2025. Previously, Ashley held the role of Director of Operations at Gen4 Dental Partners from April 2023 to October 2025, where leadership development programs were designed and training initiatives led to improvements in patient engagement and team cohesion. Prior to that, at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry from October 2007 to April 2023, Ashley excelled as Practice Administrator, overseeing the partnership and acquisition processes with Gen4 Dental Partners while also enhancing onboarding efficiency through presentations to the M&A department. Earlier in the career, Ashley worked as a Pediatric Dental Assistant, providing essential support during dental procedures for young patients.
