Matthew Coggin

Matthew Coggin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Spear Education since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held significant positions at Dentsply Sirona from March 2019 to April 2023, including Senior Vice President of Clear Aligners—SureSmile & byte and SVP-Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. Matthew's experience also includes serving as Vice President & General Manager at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from July 2012 to March 2019. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001.
