Matt Randolph's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Spear Marketing Group, a full-service demand generation agency since its launch in 2009. Matt has successfully grown the company to become one of the leading agencies in the technology space, catering to a diverse range of clients. Prior to that, Matt was the President of Proconcepts International from 2004 to 2009. Matt also worked in product marketing at Verizon Wireless from 2000 to 2003 and held various roles in marketing, sales, operations, and finance at Nissan from 1993 to 2000.
Matt Randolph obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Biola University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Matt later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UOP School of Business, attending from 1995 to 1997.
