Jacob Ober Pt

Jacob Ober PT, DPT, LAT, ATC is a highly skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in physical therapy and athletic training. Currently serving as the Site Lead and Doctor of Physical Therapy at Performance Optimal Health since January 2022, Jacob has spearheaded rehabilitation plans for various surgical and musculoskeletal conditions. Previous roles include Certified Athletic Trainer at UConn Health and Select Physical Therapy, where Jacob developed and administered comprehensive fitness programs for athletes and managed rehabilitation protocols. Jacob's diverse experience includes working as a Student Physical Therapist in multiple settings, including Yale New Haven Hospital and UConn athletics, where injury evaluation and rehabilitation for Division 1 athletes were primary responsibilities.
