Vivek received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College, a Master’s degree in Communication from Ioana College, and his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Connecticut.
During clinical rotations, Vivek was exposed to outpatient orthopedics, inpatient post-operative care, inpatient care, and subacute care. After completing his Doctorate program, Vivek treated in an outpatient setting treating a wide range of cases including athletes, non-operative, post-operative, and neurological conditions. He believes in the ‘tool-box approach’ of using a combination of different methods while emphasizing corrective exercises. Vivek believes that having fun and enjoying yourself while rehabilitating is part of the healing process as well. He gets a lot of satisfaction hearing from his patients about improvements that they are making as well as goals that they have reached.
