Jose Tribuzio

Jose Tribuzio is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of founding and leading successful, innovative companies in the technology space, particularly P&C enterprise solutions. His years of experience and leadership in this field led to the realization that a new approach was needed to take P & C insurance core systems to the next level. That next step is Spear Technologies.

Jose’s most recent venture was the formation of Systema Software, which became a leading provider of claims software to the P&C insurance industry. Jose served as CEO of Systema for 10 years, steering it through an award-winning development journey, rapid growth, and a successful acquisition.

Prior to founding Systema, Jose was responsible for implementing the largest and most complex solutions for P&C software firm Valley Oak Systems, which was acquired by Aon e-Solutions. For Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), he completed innovative projects for clients like Delta Airlines, Pacific Bell, and Banco Frances. Previously, Jose managed web developments for Global 1000 organizations at Proxicom and through the multi-national consulting company he founded, helped organizations such as Prudential California and Airtel with their web development projects.

Jose is an avid and accomplished spear fisherman, lending the name of his avocation to Spear Technologies for its ability to accurately pinpoint and capture targets.
