Elaine Koen possesses extensive experience in executive assistance and office management, currently serving as the Executive PA for Spear Packaging since February 2012 as part of the Management Team. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of Executive PA/Sales and Marketing Coordinator at PipeClear Construction from January 2009 to November 2011. Additionally, from January 1990 to June 2009, Elaine was the Executive Assistant Office Manager for the Aggregate and Sand Producers Association and SA Readymix Association, overseeing operations alongside the Director in the open mining industry. Elaine’s career began at Sasol and Sastech, where the role of Executive PA was held from March 1985 to September 1989. Educational qualifications include a National Secretarial Diploma in Law and Administration from Vanderbijlpark Technicon and a Matric from Sarel Cilliers School.
