Lloyd Berry

Lloyd Berry has extensive experience in maintenance and facility management, with over 28 years at Speare Memorial Hospital, where roles included Maintenance Technician, Surgical Buyer and Central Sterile Technician, Facility Services Director, and Maintenance Supervisor. During this time, responsibilities encompassed maintaining a 100,000 square foot Critical Access Hospital, directing maintenance and construction activities, and overseeing safety and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Maintenance Manager at McKerley Health Care Center and Supervisor at Building and Dock Construction, where construction and plumbing expertise were utilized. Berry also held the position of Maintenance Director at New England Deaconess Association, managing upkeep for a multi-building complex. Berry holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Studies with a Certificate in Drafting Technologies from Middlesex Community College.
