Meaghan Smith, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the nursing field. Meaghan is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Speare Memorial Hospital since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Elliot Hospital where they held the positions of Director of Nursing Professional Practice, Women's and Children's Services from December 2016 to May 2022, and Interim Director of Behavioral Health Services from September 2017 to May 2018. Before joining Elliot Hospital, they had a long tenure at Dartmouth-Hitchcock where they worked as a Nurse Manager from February 2012 to December 2016, and as a Staff Nurse from August 2005 to February 2012.
