Abhijeet Khadilkar

Abhijeet Khadilkar currently serves as the Managing Partner at Spearhead and has a diverse background in leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Prior to joining Spearhead, Abhijeet held significant positions at Cisco, including Senior Director of Product and Services Monetization and Director of Product Management. Abhijeet is also the Founder of CareerTiger, which was later acquired by MentorCloud. Additionally, Abhijeet's experience includes serving as Director of Management Consulting at Cognizant Technology Solutions and as Director of the Management Consulting Practice at Trianz, where previous roles included Senior Manager.
