Venkat Gandham

Venkat Gandham serves as the Founder and President of Luminous Pathways since October 2019, providing caregiving, therapeutic, and vocational services for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Venkat has led Fortisys since November 2011, delivering IT services and custom application development for enterprises. Previous roles include consultant and director positions in various organizations, focusing on PeopleSoft ERP solutions across finance and supply chain sectors, along with a background in technical architecture. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and completed an Assistive Technology Program at California State University-Dominguez Hills.
