Noam Hasson is an accomplished engineer specializing in drone software development and flight control systems. Currently serving as a CTO team member at SpearUAV since June 2025, Noam previously worked as a Control Engineer at XTEND from February 2022 to August 2025 and at Robotican Ltd. from December 2020 to March 2022. Noam's early career includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the robotics lab at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where responsibilities included conceptual and mechanical design of robotic end effectors. Noam holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between October 2015 and December 2021.
