Andy Shrock has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at SpecBooks, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Software Development at SpecBooks as well.

Before joining SpecBooks, Andy worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at WorldStrides, where they focused on improving the company's development and operations practices.

At LendUp, Andy worked as a Principal Engineer, contributing to the development and improvement of the company's software solutions.

Before that, they held the position of Principal Engineer at GE Healthcare, where they introduced Docker based CI/CD and production deployments on the Azure cloud, enabling horizontal scalability and customer isolation.

Andy also has a significant tenure at DuPont, where they held various key roles. As the End to End Interoperability CoE Leader, they were responsible for ensuring seamless integration of solutions across applications, data, infrastructure, networking, security, and service delivery. Andy also led the technical integration teams for the Chemours Spin-Off and Axalta Divestiture projects, ensuring the smooth transition of applications and interfaces. Additionally, they served as a Global Manufacturing Solutions Architect and played a crucial role in designing IT systems across multiple business units and global manufacturing facilities.

Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated expertise in architecture design, integration, and project management, contributing to the success of various organizations in achieving their technological goals.

Andy Shrock received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, Andy has obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from DuPont in 2005 and as a Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean Manufacturing Concentration from DuPont in 2008.
