Dan Merenda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Manufacturing Officer at Special Aerospace Services since December 2022, Dan has previously held leadership positions including Managing Director at Beyond Gravity and Country Manager for U.S. Operations at RUAG Space. Dan's expertise encompasses program management and operational strategy, notably leading the Huntsville Operations for Northrop Grumman's SLS Program and contributing significantly to the Orion and CASTOR® programs at Orbital ATK. With a solid foundation in quality engineering and safety assurance from roles at ATK and BJ Services Co, Dan possesses a comprehensive skill set enhanced by an MBA from the University of Utah and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
