Tim Bulk is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. As the Founder of The SAS Group since May 2023, Tim leads an investment holding company. Tim has been the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer at Special Aerospace Services, LLC (SAS) since September 2007, contributing to aerospace engineering and life-cycle services. Tim also serves as President of SAS International, LLC, offering global aerospace services since January 2011. In addition, Tim co-founded The Who Dreams Wins Foundation in January 2015, focusing on providing technology and mentoring to underprivileged children in STEM fields. Previously, Tim held significant roles at NASA from 2000 to 2007 as a Project Manager and worked as a Propulsion Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company from 1996 to 2000. Tim holds a BS in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MS in Space Systems Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
