Jen Riggs has extensive experience in operations management and event planning, currently serving as Operations Manager for both Special D Events and The Anniversary Company since March 2018. Prior to this, Jen was self-employed from January 2011 to December 2017, providing freelance administrative and event services. Jen's earlier roles include Event Planner at Special D Events from May 2006 to January 2011, Marketing Assistant for a freelance marketing professional from May 2005 to May 2006, Executive Assistant/Event Coordinator at Mesirow Financial from June 2001 to December 2004, and Office Manager at Task Force Management from January 1998 to May 2001. Jen holds an Associate of Business Administration degree with a focus on Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Baker College, completed in 2002.
