Lindsay Krause

Lindsay Krause has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lindsay currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Special D Events, where they oversee the operational aspects of the company. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Meetings and Events and the Senior Meeting and Events Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for various tasks such as site selection, budget development, team leadership, and talent procurement. Lindsay also worked as the Director of Meetings & Events at The Anniversary Company, a division of Special D Events, where they designed and executed anniversary campaigns for clients. Before entering the events industry, Lindsay held positions at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Marketing Associate and at Airfoil Public Relations as a Co-Founder and Account Executive. Lindsay began their career in public relations as an Assistant Account Executive at Franco Public Relations Group. Lindsay has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, leadership, client consultation, and media relations throughout their career.

Lindsay Krause completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University from 1994 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Lindsay obtained certifications in Virtual Event & Meeting Management, Pandemic On-Site Protocol Training, and Event DEI Strategist from the Event Leadership Institute in 2020, 2021, and 2023 respectively.
