The company is a loan servicing company incorporated as a societe anonyme under the laws of the Hellenic Republic and regulated by Law 4354/2015. Its scope is to manage NPL portfolios, assigned by either financial institutions or other third party acquirers, not supervised by the Bank of Greece.
