Tammi Smith Kelly

Tammi Smith Kelly has worked with Special Health Resources since 2008. Prior to becoming Director of Nursing, Tammi previously served as Lead LVN, Staff RN, Clinic Manager, and Supervisor of Nursing Services.

Tammi has an Associate Degree in Applied Science and became a licensed Registered Nurse in 2012. She is currently working towards a master’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas at Tyler. She has worked extensively in the Ryan White Program and Substance Abuse program and is committed to ensuring that the agency’s clinics provide the highest level of care.

In her spare time, Tammi enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
