Maria Nicolaou

Maria Nicolaou is a highly experienced professional in behavior analysis, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Behaviour Analyst at Special Learning, Inc. since February 2023 and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ABA Horizons since March 2022. Previously, Maria held the position of Positive Behaviour Analyst at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and served as a Behavior Analyst at Ambitious about Autism. With a strong foundation in education, Maria started as a Senior Tutor and Tutor at UK Young Autism Project and worked as a Music Teacher and SEN Teacher Assistant at Tolworth Junior School. Maria's educational background includes a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Kent, a PgDip in Music Education and Special Needs from the University of Roehampton, and a Master's degree in Music Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Sussex.
