Frank Caron

Frank Caron is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Special-Lite since April 2024, Frank is focused on building teams, processes, and systems to support organizational growth. As President of Caron Consulting LLC, since November 2022, Frank provides fractional, interim, and remote COO services, emphasizing business value creation for startups and high-growth organizations. Previously, as Vice President of Research and Development at HMD Labs, Frank advanced AI and machine learning integration to enhance customer value. Frank's 27 years at Stryker encompassed several leadership roles, where significant contributions included the establishment of the Global IoT Platform and the launch of key healthcare solutions. Frank's early career included service in the United States Marine Corps, where recognition included the Naval Achievement Medal.
