The leadership team at Special Minds has a long history of experience in various aspects of education and development. Afdelingskoordinator at AspIT, Videnskabelig koordinator at Aarhus University, and Udviklingskonsulent at Aarhus University are all previous positions held by team members. This experience gives the team a well-rounded perspective when it comes to developing solutions for clients. Evaluator, antropolog at Horsens Kommune and Hjemmehjælper at Esbjerg Kommune are also previous positions that team members have hold. These positions provide valuable insights into the social aspects of development and how to best serve those who need assistance. The team's education histories are also quite impressive. Aalborg socialpædagogiske seminarium, Pædagogik, Aarhus University, educational sociology, and Aarhus University, Ethnography and Social Anthropology are all areas of study that team members have pursued. This gives the team a wealth of knowledge to draw from when developing new solutions.
