Andrea Werner

Andrea Werner has over 30 years of professional experience in business development and sales within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Special Olympics Sydney Northern Beaches Club Sports Coordinator since April 2006, Andrea has dedicated 18 years to volunteering with Special Olympics Australia, supporting approximately 140 athletes across various sports. Previous roles include Senior Sales Manager for One&Only Resorts, Group Director of Sales for Stamford Hotels and Resorts, and Australian Based Business Development Manager for Positively Wellington Tourism. Andrea has held board positions, contributed to marketing strategies for multiple venues, and managed business development initiatives throughout a diverse career that began at Regent International Hotels. Andrea's educational background includes a Travel Diploma from Auckland Polytech and high school education in New Zealand and the USA.
